LEASED RX PARKING SPACES

The Medical Center Traffic and Parking Office has recently negotiated the lease of an additional 110 RX parking spaces. The spaces will become available on August 1, 2002. Attached is a map showing the location. Specifically, the spaces are located in the closed Pizza Hut parking lot on Erwin Road and three surface lots on the former Methodist property accessed from LaSalle Street.

Current RX permit holders can begin using these spaces on August 1, 2002. Please park only in the areas designated "Duke Medical  Center Parking RX Permit Only."

Employees interested in changing from their current parking area should wait until they receive their new parking permit for the 2002-03 permit year. Once their new permit is received, they may call the Medical Center Traffic and Parking Office at 684-5773 for information regarding a transfer of parking assignment.
